Our client’s partner wanted to live in one of the house and rent the other one out. However our client did not want to do that, but wanted to sell both the houses and split the money in an equal manner.

 In one our family law matters a couple had been married since 1997 and had six kids together. In 2014 the couple had an argument via telephone which lead to our client the father leaving the matrimonial home and living in his car. Our client received a phone call from his local police station asking him to come down the police station to have an interview.
