Failing to be Told Your Rights in Relation to a Contract

01 June 2016

One of our civil law clients had come to us in relation of a concerning contract which they had entered into. Our client had a friend which he had known for over 15 years, they attended church on a weekly basis. One evening at church our client had spoken to his long-time friend in relation to acting as a conveyancer to sell one of his properties. Our client’s long-time friend has agreed to act as his conveyancer.
